Programming and engineering

The software behind the machines.

Most job shops this size do not run toolpath simulation. We do, because a crash costs more than the license.

GibbsCAM

Every CNC program, milling and turning, including five-axis simultaneous and multi-task machining on the sub-spindle lathes.

Vericut

Full machine simulation of five-axis programs against the actual Mazak Variaxis kinematics before the first cut.

OptiCam

Wire EDM programming written for wire, with tapers, skim passes and unattended sequencing planned from the start.

SolidWorks and Autodesk Inventor

Modeling, fixture design and drawing packages, including the drawings we create when reverse engineering a part.

DesignWorks and CAM2

Working directly from Faro arm measurement data to solid models and inspection reports.
